I started following an Animal-based diet in June of 2020. Since then I have lost 100 lbs and I've healed from numerous physical and mental health conditions.
This healing inspired me to become a Nutrition Coach, so I could help other people to find healing on an animal-based diet.
What we eat will either heal us or hurt us.
It's my mission to help people find health and healing through an animal-based approach, whether that's Low Carb, Keto or Carnivore.

I have helped several clients to improve their health through an animal-based diet, including one who has completely
healed his gut and skin issues and another who has lost weight and gotten his Type 2 Diabetes under control.
I have personally had incredible healing - not only losing 100 lbs, but going from needing a wheelchair for 9 years, to walking 6 miles - or more - every single day.
